This is perfect for those who love to add sprouts to their meals without having to drive to the store several times per week for fresh produce.  The seed sprouter is a two-tiered seed germination chamber which can be placed near a window for green sprouts or away from a light source for white sprouts (windows not required).  You will need to supply a glass jar or cup to pre-soak the seeds.  The unit needs to be watered twice a day.  The seeds are ready for consumption within 2 to 8 days depending upon the type.  You can mix the seed varieties within each tier and you can start each tray several days apart for continuous harvest.
